The reservation is under your name.  When you arrive in Cancun and get through customs, you will locate your Palace Resorts travel coordinator and he will have your name on a clipboard and will put you on a shuttle to your resort.   What about airfare?Airfare in not included, however, Palace Resorts has a discount airfare department so when you call to pay for your room, you can also check to see if they can get you a cheaper flight to Cancun than your regular source. You can also book your flight through the airline provider of your choice.  Try Travelocity, Orbitz, Kayak or Expedia for great rates on air fares, especially midweek departures.
